  • Bulk earthworks and innovative ground stabilisation techniques

  • Installation of wastewater, reticulated water and stormwater services 

  • Pavement construction including roading, kerb and channel, and footpaths

Stages 1 & 2 Earthworks and Stg 1 Civils were completed in 2025.

Works have now started on Stage 3-6 Earthworks and Stage 2 Civils.
