Civil Construction were contracted to complete the 140 lot Bridesdale Farm development, within the existing Lake Hayes subdivision.
Working within close proximity to existing residents posed difficulties and regular consultation was needed.
Work completed:
- Earthworks
- 26000 m3 cut to fill, 14000m3 cut to waste 80% - 21100m3 cut to engineered fill, 19,500m3 80% topsoil stripped and respreads
- Reticulated Services
- 2400m of SW main, 1600m of FS main, 2200 of watermain
- Construction of a Foul Sewer Pump Station
- Roading
- Landscaping
- Excavation, shaping and construction of swale (220m), including bubble up inlets into wetland areas were all completed by CCL
