The Yards

"The Yards" is a major new industrial subdivision, strategically situated between Queenstown and Cromwell, providing rare freehold lots for businesses with high spec infrastructure and amenities.

Civil Construction is proud to be involved in the earthworks and civil works for the first industrial subdivision be developed in the Queenstown region in over decade. These works include:

  • Environmental controls and bulk earthworks
  • Installation of Wastewater, Reticulated Water and Stormwater services
  • Pavement construction including roading, kerb and channel, and footpaths
  • Upgrading and sealing existing Victoria Flats Road

Civil Construction are currently completing Stage 1 Earthworks and Main Site Civils, and have completed the upgrade of Victoria Flats Road leading into the subdivision.
