Your Day-to-Day: Connecting the community

As an Equipment Operator in our Roading team, you'll be hands-on, preparing sites for projects from subdivisions to various road upgrades. The ability to operate multiple machines is advantageous and not being afraid to labour will go a long way.

We're looking for experienced operators of these machines:
• Graders
• Water carts
• Loaders
• Rollers
• Class 4 Driver

What You'll Need

To hit the ground running, you'll generally need:
• Experience in the Civil Works industry or something similar
• Spread & Level Materials
• Knowledge of Pavement Construction
• Knowledge of Road Maintenance
• GPS Experience
• A WTR endorsement
• A Full Class 2 or higher licence
• Compaction knowledge & experience
• A flexible attitude and a strong work ethic
• A safety-first mindset
• To be a NZ Citizen, Resident, or hold a current Open NZ Work Visa

Nice-to-haves (but not essential):
• Experience driving trucks or other machinery
• Subdivision Work Experience
• NDM (Nuclear Density Meter) Testing Certification
