Health & Safety

Slow down to speed up

As well as communication, development and a great team culture, creating a supportive workplace begins with a safe environment.

Slow down to speed up

One of the most vital measurements of our success is our Health and Safety record. We undertake extensive training for all staff through in-house education and formal qualifications to create a culture of safety. We’re extremely proud to have achieved industry recognition for our practices and in 2019 achieved certification in ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001, which has now been renewed for another 5 years.
Our team environment ensures everyone understands the role they play in maintaining a safe workplace.

Our staff hold the following safety qualifications:

  • Construct Safe
  • First Aid
  • Traffic Management (TTM/TMO/STMS)
  • Fire Equipment Handling
  • Other relevant to each activity: SLMP, compaction, NZQA Industry training

What does this mean for your project?
